BaltimoreDrumLesssons.com is an easy way to learn about and set up drum lessons with Zak Fusciello.
With more than a decade of teaching experience, Zak is a confident, knowledgeable and patient instructor.
Areas of concentration can include
- drum set (styles, technique, reading, independence, creativity),
- snare drum (rudiments, technique, reading) and/or
- hand drumming (African, Cuban, Middle-Eastern styles, technique, reading).
Zak’s experience and musical interests reflect a wide array of styles and ideas including punk, jazz, rock as well as Afro-Cuban and Middle Eastern rhythms.
Currently Zak is playing with:
- The Swingin’ Swamis, a Baltimore-based group cited recently by Baltimore Magazine as “one of this area’s premier party bands”;
- Baltimore Afrobeat Society who were chosen as “Best Tribute Act” by the Baltimore City Paper and;
